The core business idea of Bloft centers around the developing of an unique large-scale 3D printer that use recycle plastic as an input material. The company has achieved a successfull in research and building a final working 3D printer that can be use to create a commercial products. The next step of the company is create a actual business plan and developing directions that can drive actual revenue from the core idea. Our team fanstastic plastic has worked together a propose a unique idea to actualiziation the commercial potential of the company.
The idea of the plan is attracting customer to the company by create a reward based system based on plastic recycling. My work is to analyze and solve the question: how to attract customer to the system? I have come up with few things, briefly explained:
- Firstly, the system has a clear motivation by reward the customer with real credits. The system will certainly costly but as a new company, building brand and reputation of plastic recycle is always a worth longterm investment.
- Secondly, the system is convenient by using a mobile application. Customers will the plastic to recyling containers and the application can do the rest by scaning plastic, storing credits...
- And finally, the application can create a fullfillment motivation for customer by showing how they have contribute to the environment. It will bring to the consumer is a chance to feel like they are making a difference towards environment as well as be rewarded for it.

As an electronic student, my main expertise as an electriccal technician is honestly not applicable to the project. However, beside the study, I have more than five years of working with my own business of selling handmade jewelry. My duty in charge of creating, managing marketing channel in social media flatform, third party online market place and own website. To contribute to the Bloft business plan, I have an excellent graphic design skill that is optimize for customer experience as years of developing marketing campaign and web design for my own business. In the picture below a an example of the user interface of the mobile application of project that I have designed.

The next thing to consider is how this all financed? The money comes from the 3D printer's product and service sales. Collaborations and sponsorships of bigger companies will also help to raise funds and bring visibility. We have already reached out few companies who could be interested in co-operation. And while contacting the companies we noticed that especially smaller businesses, like hairdressers, in shopping centers would also be interested in a service like this because right now they do not recycle. So there are possibilities to broaden the service and reach not only consumers but small businesses as well.
We did a lot of research about the possible competitors and the market in general and found out that companies like Fortum, Pramia Plastic or Palpa have already up & running circular economy. Besides that company like Maker 3D offers customised printing. But our idea put together with Bloft is something unique.
To reflect the possible result of the our plan, we have create a questionnaire and get 125 reponses. The results shows that in addition to legislation, people are motivated by rewards and that is why we believe our solution can make a difference.
